I've chosen some awesome products! How long before I get them?

Processing & Shipping Time

All Orders from the Studio Wholesale Program™ require time to be put together. On the next page of the checkout process, you’ll choose from a variety of shipping speeds. Keep in mind that these timeframes represent the door-to-door travel time of the package, and don’t include the time needed to process, gather, or pack the order.

Product Availability

Some of the products offered in the Studio Wholesale Program™ aren’t stocked on our shelves, and are instead transferred to us from manufacturer warehouses. Rest assured, we will always reach out to you with an estimate of how long the order will take to get to you.

COVID-19 and Order Processing

Due to the impact of COVID-19, there are industry-wide delays and backorders affecting all dancewear brands. Please anticipate delays. We will provide you with backorder information as soon as we receive those details from our suppliers. The Studio Wholesale Program customer service team is working as quickly as possible to process all orders. Please note we cannot accommodate add-on or rush orders.

How to Prepare for Back to Dance

September is one of the busiest times in the dance year. Planning ahead will save you and your dancers many headaches, so check out this list of things you might want to get done in time for the beginning of the dance year.

Uniform and Grooming Requirements

This is a big one. Ensuring that your uniform requirements are finalized well before September allows students and parents to purchase any items they need in time to start classes. When considering uniform requirements, it’s important to think about bodywear, shoes, and accessories that you may want for each level and style of dance.

Once these requirements have been nailed down, make sure that parents can find them easily either by sending out an email, putting them onto the studio website, posting them in the studio, or handing out requirement sheets in class. Perhaps using more than one of these suggestions will help things run even more smoothly. Putting some thought into whether you want hair to be up in a bun, ponytail, or whether you feel it doesn’t matter are all things that could make the September madness not feel so overwhelming. Consider policies on things like jewellery and nail polish in class as well.

In-Studio Boutique

Having a fully-stocked boutique heading into September will help parents and dancers have a smoother time starting class as well as bring in additional revenue. Stocking your required uniforms in your studio presents an opportunity to make a large profit, but can also be stressful if there’s a larger rush than expected. Make sure to have an ordering system already set in-place so that you can take orders for your clients when you sell out.

Fall Order Program

Available exclusively to SWP members, the Fall Order Program is designed specifically to help studio boutiques get ready for the beginning of the dance year. By placing an order mid-June you’ll be able to receive up to 50% off of retail prices on dancewear. Orders will ship out so that you receive stock between August 1-15, ensuring that your boutique is ready for September. The minimum order is $850, and is available to be paid in 3 installments:

  • 25% when order is placed
  • 25% when order ships from our warehouse to you
  • Remaining 50% by mid-September

Plan ahead to save money and avoid stress this Fall. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to send us an email or give us a phone call.
